Kings of Leon - Supersoaker
I've been on a Kings of Leon kick lately so I was very excited to hear their new song from their upcoming new album "Mechanical Bull" which will be released in September.
Regina Spektor - You've Got The Time
I've been a fan of hers for a few years. I heard this song a month ago or so and has been stuck in my head ever since. Then Tina and I got hooked on the Netflix Series "Orange is the New Black" which this is the theme song. Now it's really stuck because it's part of such a great show.
Bastille - Pompeii
This is from the debut album from the British Band "Bastille". The album is called "Bad Blood" and will be released here in the US on September 3rd. It's been out in the UK since March of this year. It's a great song.
Frank Turner - Recovery
I knew nothing about Frank Turner before I heard this song. He reminds me of Matt Kearney. He has several albums out, all of which are great. This is the first single from his latest album "Tape Deck Heart". Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
Lorde - Royals
Her real name is Ella Yelich-O'Connor but goes by her stage name Lorde. She released her debut EP in March of this year with this being the first single.
