Friends Top List Series (William Hiler All Time Top 10)
I met Bill years ago when I was DJ'ing. I used to play in a bar where they let me play what I wanted. Over the years, it started to attract a great crowd of people who liked to hear some music that wasn't your everyday run of the mill bar music. I met a bunch of new people that way. One was Bill.
