5 Songs On My iPod Volume 18

I have been so busy doing posts for band or artist "Top 5" lists, I haven't done a regular "Songs On My Ipod" post in a few weeks. Well here is one.

The Daylights - I Hope This Gets To You
I heard this on an MLB Commercial a few months ago. It was originally recorded as a love letter to the his girlfriend who moved away to college. It had over 1.5 million youtube views in the first 72 hours.

Kate Nash - Nicest Thing
This is an obscure song of of her 2007 album, "Made Of Bricks". I love her accent and how she is so sarcastic in this song.

The Replacements - Sadly Beautiful
Just a great Replacements song off of the album, "All Shook Down".

Pink - I Don't Believe You
The 6th single from her 2008 album, "Funhouse". I think Pink gets better every release. She's one of the few pop rock women singers that stays pretty true to her sound.

Peter Himmelman - Woman With The Strength of 10,000 Men
Peter Himmelman is a singer songwriter from Minnesota. He is Bob Dylan's son in law. He wrote this song for a woman he met who was completely paralyzed and could only communicate by moving her eyebrows and picking letters on a computer screen. He was so moved, he wrote this song.
