6 Great Songs From the 80's Volume 9

This is just another collection of songs that I loved from the early 80's. Enjoy

The Producers - Certain Kinda Girl
This was the 2nd video MTV played from their self titled 1st album.  I saw these guys live several times and to this day are still one the best I have ever seen.

John Waite - Change
This was a staple in the early days of MTV. I didn't know much about the Baby's when I first heard this song but I went and bought all of their albums after I wore out "Ignition", John Waite's first solo album.

Duran Duran - Save A Prayer
Duran Duran were already starting to be a huge hit here in the United States when this album came out. I immediately loved this song from the first time I heard it. Amazing to this day.

Ebn Ozn - AEIOU Sometimes Y
What a weird record this was. I have no idea why it's called what it's called other than he says it during the song. I loved it all the same. This one was so obscure that I ripped it from album in the early days of CD Recording. It later was finally released on CD.

Talk Talk - Talk Talk
My first memory of this was that it was one of several videos MTV played that had a song title the same as the band name.  Their "other" hit, It's My Life was later covered by No Doubt.

Ultravox - Dancing With Tears In My Eyes
This was one of their earlier hits. Many of these bands weren't very well known here in the States so that added to my interest in them. They all had such a mystery about them.
