6 Great Songs From the 80's Volume 7

I have been seeing a lot of older songs being streamed via spotify or other blogs and got me looking for some of these songs that haven't been played in a while or in some cases long forgotten.
Here are 6.

Billy Rankin - Baby Come Back
I totally forgot about this song until I saw it on a really good Facebook page called MTV 1981 - 1989.He was in the band "Nazareth" for a few years and scored a pretty big solo hit with this song. I remember loving this when 98 Rock played it back in 1981. I never heard it since until yesterday.

Japan - Gentlemen Taking Polaroids
These guys were Duran Duran before Duran Duran. They broke  up just as MTV was taking off.

The Human League - Mirror Man
The Human League had a string of hits in the early 70 and hitting their peak with "Human". This was one of my favorites.

Bananarama - Cruel Summer
Bananarama had a cool vibe going when they first came out but then seemed to go very mainstream near the end. This was their best.

Billy Idol - To Be A Lover
This was off of "Whiplash Smile", his follow up to Rebel Yell. It did not do nearly as well as expected. I liked it a lot and loved the different sound he took with this album.

Pat Benatar - We Live For Love
This was the 3rd single from "In the Heat of the Night" and the follow to "Heartbreaker". It was pretty big hit and a glimpse into what was to come for the next 4 albums. Musically this had a Blondie feel which was always a good thing
