5 Songs On My iPod Volume 8

This is just a continuation of me being stuck at home and then finally getting out. My iPod is getting very full. This leads to a nice mix of songs popping up when in random play.

Cage The Elephant - Always Something
A friend of mine turned me on to this one. For the most part, Cage The Elephant is a band I don't pay a lot of attention to. This song is so great, I can't stop listening to it. It takes a few listens then hooks you.

Greg Laswell - This Woman's Work
I love covers and I love when a woman sings a man's song or vice versa. This really works. I first heard the Kate Bush version when it was used in She's Having A Baby. I have loved it ever since and this version doesn't disappoint.

Hall and Oates - Out Of Touch
I don't need to say much about Hall and Oates. They had a stretch for over 10 years where I loved everything they did. I never get sick of this one.

Carbon Leaf - The Boxer
I thought this would be a cover of Simon and Garfunkel's song when I first saw it on their CD. It wasn't. It's a great song with the same name.

Mat Kearney - Girl America
When I first heard Mat Kearney, I loved his voice. He puts out great CD's and not just a good song or two. This is off of his first CD, "Nothing Left To Lose".
