5 Great New Songs Volume 4

As the months turn, more new music is starting to be released, whether it's a new single off of an album that has been out or a brand new band trying to get their music out there. I think this is a good mix of a few different kinds of music. I usually try to listen to whole albums and find songs that are worth listening to. Some of these are "singles" and some are just album tracks.

Fun. - Some Nights
This band has a lot of promise. Sounds like a mix between Queen and Fleetwood Mac so that can't be bad.

The Twang - We're A Crowd
This band has been around for a few years but hasn't caught on here in the States. I love Phil Etheridge's thick British accent. It reminds me of Billy Bragg.

Calvin Harris - Feel So Close
This guy was a DJ and has released a few electronic sounding albums. "Feel So Close" sounds more like a real instrument based song. Very Catchy

Walk The Moon- Anna Sun
Another new and that has just released a 2 song EP. This song is going to be one of my favorites for this year. I'm hopeful that a full album will be released later this year. They are continuing the trend of Bands like Snow Patrol and Keane.

Bruce Springsteen - Wrecking Ball
This is the title track off of Bruce's new album. The album has a Celtic sound and I really like it. At first it sounded really different to me but after a few listens it just sounds like a good Bruce album. It comes out on 3/6/2012.
