Simple Minds - See The Lights
This is off of the Real Life CD that was released in 1991. It was a success in the UK but not here. I loved it. They really started to mature on this CD.
Coldplay - Fix You
This is one of those songs that seems to get more popular the older it gets. It was a hit when it was released but it has now it has started to sink into the consciousness of society. Song like that go to a whole new level. This is one of those.
Eagles - The Long Run
I have been on an Eagles kick lately. My favorites are the ones Don Henley sang. This was off of the 1979 album of the same name. It was their last studio album until 2007's Long Road Out of Eden. I think the Eagles could have continued on successfully without Glenn Frey. Instead all of the members continued with solo careers.
The Rolling Stones - One Hit To The Body
This is from 1986 album Dirty Work. It was a grungier sounding record and although it went platinum, the days of 4 and 5 million sellers were starting to slip away.
Foxy Shazam - I Like It
Foxy Shazam is a band that sounds shockingly like a cross between Led Zeppelin and Queen. This is the first single off of their 3rd CD Foxy Shazam.
