6 Great Songs From The 90's Volume 8

The songs just keep popping in my head so I'll keep doing 90's posts for a while. Enjoy

Cracker - Eurotrash Girl

This was originally a hidden track on the 1993 album "Kerosene Hat". It used to drive me nuts when I DJ'd because it took so long to find it. It reached number 25 on the US Modern Rock Charts. I was surprised to find that Cracker did not have any actual US Top 40 hits.

Lush - Ladykillers

This is the second single from their third and final album "Lovelife". It was released in 1996 and reached number 18 on the US Modern Rock Charts.

Cranes - Shining Road
Buy On Amazon

This is the first track from their 1994 album "Loved". I didn't know but about them but I loved this song. They have released a bunch of albums since 1988.

Republica - Ready To Go

This is the first single from their self titled debut album. It was released in 1996 and reached number 56 on the US Charts although it was a huge Modern Rock hit.

Plan B  - Life's a Beat

I can't find much about this band although I know they were from Germany. In my head this was a huge hit but I have no idea how I knew it except that maybe WHFS played it. It's available on Spotify and Amazon so it's not that rare.

Filter - Hey Man, Nice Shot

This is the first single from their debut 1995 album "Short Bus'. It reached number 76 on the US Charts and number 10 on the US Modern Rock Charts.
